Our firm represents domestic and foreign clients in all areas of business law, in particular commercial, tax and real estate laws. The partners of the firm benefit from an academic background focused on law and economics and an extensive experience acquired in top rated business and tax law firms.

Stéphane Joris studied law at the University of Geneva and Vienna. He completed his legal training between 2003 and 2005 and was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2005. He then worked within several major law firms in Geneva specialized in tax law and obtained his LL.M. from the New South Wales University in Sydney (Commercial, Corporate and Taxation Law) in 2008. He regularly advises corporate and private clients on matters related to Swiss and international tax issues, and contractual and commercial law. His practice includes work not only in French and English, but also in German.

Anil Nair obtained a degree in economics at the University of Lausanne in 2001 and a law degree at the University of Geneva in 2004. He was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2007 after having completed his legal training between 2005 and 2007. He then practiced for 8 years with the law firm Lenz & Staehelin in the fields of mergers & acquisitions and real estate. He regularly advises on corporate law, contractual law, real estate law and in private equity deals and mergers & acquisitions. His practice includes work not only in French and English, but also in German and Swiss German.

Paolo Cavargna also benefits from a double academic degree in law and economics with a degree in economics obtained at the University of Lausanne in 2001 and a law degree obtained at the University of Geneva in 2004. He completed his legal training between 2004 and 2006 and was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2006. He then worked within several major law and accounting firms specialized in tax law and graduated as a Certified Tax Expert in 2013. He has substantiate experience in administrative law, contractual and commercial law and regularly advises on matters related to Swiss and international tax issues. His practice includes work not only in French and English, but also in Italian.
