Amendment of the Federal Act on Data Protection (DPA)
07/06/2023The revised Data Protection Act (nDPA) and its implementing ordinances, the ordinance on data protection (DPO) and the ordinance on data protection certifications (DPCO), will enter into force on September 1, 2023. The revised provisions shall be implemented prior to this date, as there is no transitional period from its entry into force
